Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a key detailing different sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
